Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Orders placed on Harmoni's official online store will be reviewed within 48 hours
  • Confirmed orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days
  • Weekend/public holiday orders will be processed the next business day
  • Product prices are final at payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or insufficient stock
  • Payment is not deducted before shipment. Cancelled paid orders receive full refunds

Delivery Services

  • Standard delivery to residential/business addresses (Hong Kong SAR)
  • SF Locker self-pickup (500+ locations across HK)

Shipping Fees

  • FREE shipping for orders over HK$500
  • HK$30 shipping fee for orders under HK$500

Delivery Areas

  • Hong Kong SAR only (excludes outlying islands: Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Tai Long Wan, Lo Wu, Tai O, Siu Ho Wan, Po Toi Island and restricted areas)
  • PO Box addresses not accepted
  • For multiple addresses: Place separate orders

Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery:
    • Urban areas: 2-3 business days
    • New Territories/Outlying Islands: 3-5 business days
  • Delivery hours: Mon-Sat 9:00-19:00 (No Sunday/holiday delivery)
  • Outlying islands may add 1-2 business days
  • Service suspended during Black Rainstorm/No. 8 Typhoon signals

SF Locker Pickup

  • Select "Smart Locker Pickup" at checkout
  • Ensure your +852 mobile can receive SMS
  • Pickup code sent within 2-3 business days after dispatch
  • Collect within 24 hours of code receipt
  • Uncollected parcels: Contact SF Customer Service +852 2730 0273

Important Terms

  • No address changes after shipment
  • Inspect packages at delivery - refuse damaged items immediately
  • Redelivery fees apply for failed deliveries
  • Report transit damage within 24 hours to cs@harmonihk.com with receipt and photos
  • Customers are responsible for all import duties/customs taxes (international orders)
  • Orders are considered complete after delivery and full payment
  • We reserve final decision rights in disputes
