Return Window
14 days from delivery date to initiate returns
Acceptable Returns
- Unused condition: Wax surface smooth, wick untouched
- Original packaging: Jar, box and labels intact

Valid reasons:
- Shipping damage (report within 48 hours)
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong item shipped
Non-Returnable Items
- Burned or used candles (safety requirement)
- Scent preference changes
- Final sale items
- Items without packaging or proof of purchase
Return Process
- Email request: Contact cs@harmonihk.com within 14 days with order number and photos
- Get authorization: We'll reply to your email with instructions
- Ship back: Package securely and return the product to us
Refunds
- Processed within 5 business days of receipt
- Issued to the original payment method
- Item cost only (shipping non-refundable)
